Many of you know that the present perfect is one of my favorite verb tenses, especially because it poses a challenge for Brazilians learners of English. So let's practice it right now. Send in a sentence using the present perfect!

I've learned how and when to use the present perfect, but it always confuses me.

Well, it's a confusing verb tense for everyone, Genilton. Even for native speakers of English!

Present Perfect always reminds me "Have you ever seen the rain?" of Creedence Clearwater Revival

When something "te lembra de" something else, don't forget to use the preposition "of": "The present perfect always reminds me of 'Have you ever seen the rain' by CCR. Perfect song for the present perfect!

Great job, Pati! Just a couple of things: "This is the coolest restaurant I've ever been to. Look at the wonderful decorations (OR: Look how wonderfully it has been decorated.). The rest is great. What restaurant is this? I'd like to try the food there, too!

I´ve been to France some times. In this year, on June, I´ll be going to the US, to Grand Rapids, MI.

Have you ever eaten some food as bad as the Fois Gras?

We haven´t drink our glasses orange juice yet! Wait a minute, please!

Your first sentence is almost perfect. Instead of "some times", which means "de vez em quando", you meant to say "algumas vezes" which is "a few times". In the second part, you do not need the preposition "in" before "this year" - just "This year, in June, I'll..." Your question is almost perfect, too! "Have you ever eaten any (se usa "any" para perguntas e negativas) food as bad a the fois gras?" Your last sentence needs a little work; let's see: "We haven't drunk our glasses of orange juice yet! These were complicated sentences and you got their structures almost perfectly. Good job!

I have studied English on meuingles.com.

Has he driven with his arm broken?

You haven't forbidden the access to this place.

Good job, Jvieramartins! Just one thing needs changing: in your last sentence you cannot use the "the" before access. In this case "access" is an uncountable noun and does not carry an article like "the". The rest is boss!
