When it comes to children education, parents must be careful. Excessive punishment is not a good way of teaching children how to behave. When punishment is excessive it becomes effectless.

I agree, Genilton! I believe we must find a balance for everything in life.
Let me just make one small adjustment to your first sentence. We can say:
When it comes to a child's education...
Or
When it comes to educating a child...

I live in small city and we don't good entertaiments.
We read the useless book, but It was good, we learn much.

Very good! Let me just make a few corrections:
...and we don't have good entertainments.
or
...and there is no good entertainment.
We read the a useless book, but it was good. We learned much a lot.
Hmmm, eu acho que você quis dizer useful, porque não faz sentido se o livro foi bom e você conseguiu aprender muito, mas ele foi useless. É só useless se não foi bom e não conseguiu aprender nada.

Is common in USA put the name of the month in a son? In this dialog we have "June" and I remember in Ninja Turtles about the girl "April", but I don't know anyone in Brazil that the name is "Outubro". LOL!

Is it common in the US to name a child after a month?
Well, Diogo, it's not super common, but yes, in fact there are Americans who are named after months.
There are girls named April, May, June, and even August. I guess it's really only girls who are named after months, but I did once meet a boy named August.

I Think that Haiti people can't stay away helpless. Must be a fast agreement between Brasil and USA to control de trafic airport.

I totally agree with you, George. Haiti suffered a terrible tragedy and now the world must come together to provide aid and support. Let's look at your sentences to see how you can improve them. First, people from Haiti are called "Haitians". I think what you meant to say in your first sentence is: "I think that the Haitian people can't be left helpless." Your second sentence: "There must be a fast agreement made (you "make an agreement") between Brazil and the US (not "the USA") to control airport traffic."

My english book is endless.
In this month many people were homeless in Brasil.
I never had an argument with my son.
If I to study English I won't have a punishment of my boss.

Good Fabio, just attention to the structure of the last sentence:
- If I to study English I won't be punished by my boss.

I could´t travel because I was moneyless.

The conference call was endless.

I´ve planned some improvement to my life.

Nex week I´ll have an appointment with Dr. Will.

The first sentence would sound better like this: I couldn't travel because I was penniless.

Por: Katys_2009 em 10/02/2010 às 16:00h
"I was penniless" sounds like "sem nenhum tostão"? lol

I drunk a glass of Red Bull and I shocked my head on the floor because I had though it "had me wings". But I´m flyless.

The appointment that my boss does by me it made me happy.

Hi Degga, You drank Red Bull and hit your head on the floor, right? You don't have wings, so you can't fly....
What did you mean by "my boss does by me"?

Por: degga06 em 17/02/2010 às 12:23h
Hi Monica!
In the first sentece, I understood.
In te second, I tried to talk "meu chefe fez de mim"? I wrote wrong?
Foto
Por: monicabic em 17/02/2010 às 12:29h
Degga, to say "meu chefe fez de mim" you would have to say: "my boss made me".

There are a countless number of homeless in the big cities of the world. It's a society problem and need be treated with care and accompaniment of all responsible organs.

Hi, Jvieramartins! What great sentences! Let's take a look at them. In the first one you are talking about "a number", so the verb has to be in the singular - "There is...a countless number of homeless people..." "It's society's problem and needs to be treated with care and attention by all responsible organs."

Ok!
Thanks Josh
