Good Stefano, two observations: at the supermarket and 'Can you to set the table?' Com o "can" usamos o infinitivo sem o "to".

Em inglês, quando a gente refere a mais de um "tootpaste" tem que dizer, "tubes of toothpaste".

"I need to buy a car." "One car" está espicificando o número de carros você quer comnprar. "A/an" são usados exatamente para não especificar, quando você quer dizer "uma coisa qualquer". "I need to buy a bike."
