Hi, Debora. Veja a diferença entre essas duas perguntas: DIRETA: Where can I weigh this? / INDIRETA: Could you tell me where I can weigh this? CAN só vem antes do sujeito (I, no caso) na pergunta direta. Abs.

Hi, Romualdo. "weigh" is the verbo - "to weigh" - "I weigh 82 kilograms." "Weight" is the noun. "If I weigh 82 kilos, what is my weight?" Do you see the difference?

You bet! They are homophones - words that sound the same but are spelled differently. Like the words "fair" (feira) and "fare" (taxa); "sole" (sola) and "soul" (alma).
