Em "the most cheaper" você juntou o comparativo, cheaper, com o superlativo, most.
Só precisa usar o superlativo aqui, então o que seria?

Olá Ash, bem, em português eu posso falar:Esta blusa é de longe a mais cara, mas (em compensação) é a mais bonita também.
Em inglês não pode? Tem que ser:
How nice that the blouse is both cheap and beautiful. It is by far, the most cheap of the shop (loja). Está correto?
